The following provides a snapshot of our previous and current projects and contracts, it is not exhaustive and provide an overview as to the skills and professional competencies we are able to offer current market place.
August 2019: On behalf of a local research company, we agreed to target a specific population in an agreed local area, within 72 hours we had met our targets and all expectations were exceeded.
2013 to the present: Acknowledged success in delivering the Healthwatch Lincolnshire contract, £2.325m programme.
May 2019: NHS Long Term Plan, our project report was nationally recognised as one of the best performing across England. Demonstration on Mobilising Quickly to Achieve a Positive Outcome – The NHS Long Term Plan
In 2019 the Healthwatch Network were approached to carry out a targeted piece of work in a tight timeframe for NHSE. This project meant working with partners, gathering resident feedback, analytics, develop insight and producing a final report. Findings were shared with all relevant stakeholders.
Over an 8 week period, we planned and delivered engagement activity, reaching over 400 local people, this covered:
February 2019: Review of Service for the Local Authority: How does information and advice provided by Adult Care impact on those that use it?
This work required complex governance information sharing arrangements for client based personal information. These issues were resolved which enabled us to complete a customer focussed service evaluation, during which we provided robust and timely insight into the experience for the Local Authority. This work has, and is still providing insight to inform improvement and developments in service delivery. The findings and the insight report, gave the Local Authority an opportunity to commission us as an independent organisation, with an ability to plan, act and deliver outside the constraints and bureaucracy of internal systems, therefore enabling a focussed and time critical outcome.
July 2018: 2020 Vision, more than 100 people attended a public panel debate with NHS system leaders in Lincolnshire, creating an opportunity to hear first-hand from those running our local health and care services and provided a vehicle for the public to raise their views and share their experiences.
February 2018: Learning Disability SHIELD event was a culmination of project activity we completed for a local health service commissioner. The event attracted over a hundred people with lived experience of learning disability, carers and families, commissioners and other professionals, creating a lively and in places touching lasting legacy of our work.
