Our Services

HWLincs is a people-first charity dedicated to improving wellbeing and influencing change through engagement and insight.

We work with the public, private and voluntary sectors to:
• enhance the quality of service delivery
• engage with whole-population or seldom heard communities
• co-design and co-produce projects and services
• provide insight and analysis to represent the public
• capturing lived and living experience to inform positive change

For the past decade, we are proud to deliver the Healthwatch Lincolnshire contract, engaging with the public and working with local health and care sectors to share our communities’ experiences to drive positive change.

Public Voice & Community Engagement

Understanding people’s experiences is at the heart of everything we do. We design and deliver engagement and research that captures the views, experiences and priorities of communities, ensuring that organisations hear directly from the people they serve.

Using surveys, interviews, focus groups, workshops, community outreach and other mixed research methods, we gather robust evidence from a broad range of audiences, including those whose voices are often underrepresented. Whether exploring public opinion, testing ideas or understanding lived experience, we provide an independent and trusted approach to gathering meaningful insight.

Research and Insight

Collecting feedback is only the beginning; our experienced team transforms research findings into clear, evidence-based insight that supports better decision-making. We analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify themes, trends and opportunities for improvement before producing practical recommendations that organisations can act upon.

Evaluation & Service Development

We work with organisations to evaluate services, identify unmet need, understand what is working well and where improvements can be made. By bringing together insight from service users, communities and stakeholders, we help organisations develop services that are responsive, effective and designed around the people who use them.

Our independent approach helps identify gaps in provision, highlight good practice and measure the impact of change over time; from reviewing existing services to evaluating new programmes, we provide practical recommendations that support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
