Telephone Engagement Assistant

We are recruiting individuals to support our telephone survey projects on an ad hoc basis. Telephone Engagement Assistants will speak with residents to gather feedback for surveys such as Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM), tenant census projects, and other research and engagement work. These flexible opportunities help ensure local voices are captured and used to improve services. 

This ad hoc role is done through a contract for services, paid at the National Minimum / Living Wage, inclusive of accrued holiday pay. Applications for this role are being taken on an ongoing basis.
