There’s nothing quite like a quick boost to improve our day, so we’ve started #hwlifts – a series of swift and effective ways to feel better fast.

First up is a gentle five-minute seated yoga routine – no desk required. Whether you do every stretch or just one or two, the benefits of taking a break from whatever you’re doing will be huge.
